As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, in accordance with § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Liability for links
Our site contains a few links to external websites run by third parties. We have no control over their content, and the respective provider is always responsible for it. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
About the project
Nimmit is a private hobby and portfolio project. The app is free. “Nimmit Pro” can be unlocked once inside the app. We can't guarantee that the service will be available at all times.
Purchases of “Nimmit Pro” are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. They are the seller and payment processor, so they are also responsible for invoices, VAT, cancellations and refunds. No payment data reaches us.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
